Wedding of Kiruthiga Nandagopal and Stephen Hines

We got married!!! Katy Nandagopal and Stephen Hines are two PhD students at FSU. Katy is in the Psychology deparment, while Stephen is in the Computer Science department. The wedding was a blast, and we were so glad to have so many of our family and friends there to celebrate this great occasion. We hope to put some of our pictures up soon.

Hotel Information

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express for Friday and Saturday night in Tavares, FL. Their phone number is 352-742-1600. You will need to call to let them know that you are part of our block for the wedding. I am not certain that you can get the block discount from the online form otherwise. Let them know that you want to be part of the block for the Nandagopal/Hines wedding. The price will be $72.99 for 1 bed and $77.40 for 2 beds using the block rate. The hotel is located about 45 minutes from the temple and less than 30 minutes from the Leesburg Opera House (where the reception is being held). The Details

We are getting married on August 4th, 2007. The wedding will be at the Hindu Society of Central Florida in Casselberry, Florida. The reception will be at the Leesburg Opera House in Leesburg, Florida. The ceremony will be a traditional Tamil Mudaliar wedding. The steps in the wedding are described on another page. The evening reception will be Italian and other Mediterranean food prepared by Isabella's Restaurant. The wedding cake is being specially prepared by the famous Yalaha Country Bakery.
