I got my Computer Science B.S from Fudan University in China. Currently, I am a graduate student and working as a research assistant. My work is supported by the NSF Focused Research Group on Development of Geometrical and Statistical Models for Visual Scene Processing.
I work for two professors
Dr. Anuj Srivastava Laboratory for Computational Vision
Statistics

Dr. David C. Banks Visualization Lab
School of Computational Science and Information Technology

  Research:
My current research project is Measuring a surface's reflectance and re-mapping it to new surfaces. We have successfully measured reflectance of a make-up ball and remapped the reflectance function to other objects like human face. The next step, we will use the powerwall as light source and measure the reflectance from a manniqum head or real people's face.

Courses:
I have taken several courses related to computer graphics to help my research, such as Computer Graphics, Photo-Realistic Computer Graphics and Interactive Simulation.

Message board:
If you have any suggestion to my research or webpage, please leave your comment on the message board or email me. For 504, welcome to the message board.

Paintings:
I like drawing since my first paint (a water bottle) when I was 5 years old. Although I haven't got any professional training, I still like drawing something when I have time. Just for self entertainment.
