"People are the Weakest Link"

      "‘People are the weakest link,' Mitnick said, ‘you can have the best technology ... and somebody can call an unsuspecting employee. That's all ... they got everything.'" [Network World Fusion, September 29, 2000] Hacking has become on of the most problem in the computer security field. Very often, hacker are able to use user's actions to attack systems. It is becoming indispensable for users to know the repercussion of their actions, and how hacker's use those actions to attack systems. The purpose of this research os to come up with a method to teach users to think more like hackers, so that they are able to avoid making key mistakes, and are also better prepared to make a decision in case of an attack. The method used include mapping the taxonomy of a hacking attack to real attacks showing in the process what mistakes can be made and how hackers use it.
