How to view the website you created
Once you have finished creating your website, you have put all your
website files in the correct place, and you have properly set the
permissions on all the files, you are ready to view your website.
Your website will either be located at
http://garnet.acns.fsu.edu/~username/ (if you have a Garnet account)
or
http://mailer.fsu.edu/~username/ (if you have a Mailer account).
For example, my website is located at http://garnet.acns.fsu.edu/~dcr05/.
To be taken to your website, enter your
username and click the "Go" button:
For students, your account name is usually your initials, followed by your year of
entry into the University, sometimes followed by a letter if you have
the same initials as someone else with the same year of entry.
For example, someone with a Garnet account and a username of abc07 would have a website address of:
http://garnet.acns.fsu.edu/~abc07/.
